It was on the second week of January when my friends and I decided to meet up after ages of not seeing each other. When we say meet up, we don't settle for the usual chitchat over lunch/dinner or coffee, we always plan on what activity to do next. We want excitement and we crave for adventure (chos!). Our first plan is to do wall climbing again and do some biking or running after. The other plan is to have a trek to the crater of Taal Volcano or to Mt. Pinatubo. The latter appeals most to us because it entails more adventure. :D

Fast forward to the Chinese New Year which is also a holiday, our journey to Mt. Pinatubo began. I knew I can't let this moment pass after missing the chance of climbing Mt. Maculot last year.

I've seen blogs with this Liebster Award and never paid attention to what it is. Not until Denise of http://www.pisceanrat.blogspot.com/ nominated me. That's the time I realized how cool it is to have this award. Thanks, Denise! :)

Liebster Award is given to up and coming bloggers who have less than a thousand followers. It's also a way to know more about your fellow bloggers.
Liebster is German and means sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing, and welcome.

¡Hola! It's weekend again. Do you also get the feeling of liberation to be on the final day of the work week? After days of being productive at work, being diligent at school, juggling your home-based work and household errands - having a day of rest is what you need.

It is during our rest day(s) that we get to stay at home and watch our favorite TV series, read a book, catch up with our family on a quick weekend getaway, have our "me" time at a salon or have a day of relaxation with our buddies in a spa.

Are you girls ready to watch this season's first episode? Well, for those who have been watching Etcetera since the first season, I know that you wish the show can air longer with more segments. An episode per week will keep you wanting more from this show.

It has been months since the third season capped off and if you're waiting for the fourth season to begin, get ready to be hooked on your TV screens this Sunday as ETC premieres Etcetera Season 4.

Etcetera is a 30-minute weekly fashion program that covers every fresh and fabulous topic under the sun. Its goal? To spot trends. Each episode is a style compass for young viewers looking for cool fashion trends, chic websites, hip hangouts, practical tips on beauty, as well as the latest buzz in the world of TV. The segments (called capsules) feature topics on Style, Beauty, TV, Web and Youth.

Make sure to catch its episode every Sunday night hosted by two lovely ladies, Patti Grandidge and Kim Jones.

If you will write a letter to yourself, and read it in the future, what would you say?

I'm listening to my favorite radio show this morning when one of the jocks mentioned that he received an e-mail containing the letter that he wrote for himself five years ago. What, is that possible? Yes, it's possible! You can write a letter to yourself and read it after a year or two. You can do this by visiting http://www.futureme.org/

What is this all about?
FutureMe.org is based on the principle that memories are less accurate than e-mails. And we strive for accuracy.

See, usually, it's the future that will reflect back on the present. We here at FutureMe think it's fun to flip that all around.

So send your future self some words of inspiration. Or maybe give 'em swift kick in the pants. Or just share some thoughts on where you'll or what you'll be up to in a year, three years...more? And then we'll do some time travel magic and deliver the letter to you. FutureYou, that is.

What's interesting is you can also read anonymous letters and make your letter be viewed publicly. But don't worry, you'll still have your privacy because your e-mail address won't show up on your letter if you'll decide to make it public.

You may not be living the life that you want right now, you may have fears on chasing your dreams, you maybe full of uncertainty. Your life may still be a work in progress and you want to see a better version of yourself. Or you may think that who you are now, what you have, where you are and who you with, is something that you still want your future holds.

In whatever situation you are in right now, I know that in the future this memory can make you cry or smile knowing that you've surpassed that unwanted phase in your life or you've experienced more great things that are beyond what you can think of.
